Affordable Housing

This mixed-use, veteran affordable housing project is proposed on a vacant 7-acre land. The project design is mindful of the natural topography and the surrounding neighborhood. The 3 'C' shaped buildings, 4 stories with one story of parking below grade, houses 210 units with a mix of studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms. 

Multiple amenities, specially geared towards the veterans are incorporated throughout the project including a community center, open courtyards and residential buildings. The amenities will also include a fitness center, lounges, a community kitchen, a mini amphitheater, learning facilities, shuttle services, and more.
